Answer: We have room blocks in two hotels in the Buckhead neighborhood. We have rooms available for Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night; when you register, please make sure to select which night(s) you are staying. Of course, feel free to stay at a different hotel if that works better for you and your family.

Springhill Suites ($129/night before taxes for a King Room, and $149/night before taxes for a Queen/Queen room)

Note: If the room you want is not available, you can book directly on the hotel's website and we should be able to convert you to the room block.

JW Marriott ($189/night before taxes)

Please make sure to reserve your room by February 5th, 2026.

Answer: Yes, transportation will be provided from the JW Marriott and Springhill Suites to Bishop Station and back.

Follow signs towards Bishop Steel Works, which will take you to the correct driveway and parking lot.
